Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor, full time (posted 2/5/18)
Red Rock Central School District is accepting applications for an Agriculture Instructor and FFA Advisor. The current position includes teaching 3 Ag classes to high school students and two junior high science classes, and our district would help the instructor with getting a variance for science, if need be. Our district is also open to the idea of moving the middle school science classes to our other science teachers so we can offer 5 ag classes.
Red Rock Central School District is located in Lamberton, MN and is comprised of four towns: Lamberton, Jeffers, Sanborn, and Storden. These rural communities are very supportive in agricultural growth in our district. In addition, we have a FFA Advisory Board to provide support and resources to our FFA Advisor. We are very proud of our rich history of success in academics, music and fine arts, as well as athletics. We offer small classes and a great working environment!

Red Rock Central is seeking applications for substitute teachers for the 2017-2018 school year. Pay is based on either half or full days. Those with a full teaching license as well as those with a short call license welcome to apply. Follow the application procedure described above.

If you hold a bachelor’s degree in a subject outside of teaching, you can apply for a short call teaching license through the MN Department of Education.
