DIGITAL FABRICATION CLASS
Have you ever wondered just exactly what the RRC Fab Lab is all about? Have you been curious what it actually is capable of doing? Or maybe you’ve been waiting for an opportunity to try your skills at laser engraving or 3D printing?
The Red Rock Central Community Ed is offering a Digital Fabrication Class where you can discover these things and more. 3D printers, laser engravers, CNC plasma cutters, CNC routers, and CNC milling machines are all available for you to learn about and design your own personal creations.
Steve Wegman, RRC Tech Ed Instructor, will work with you in class to teach you about each machine and guide you through the design process. 8 classes will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting January 23rd and ending February 15th. Come to as many classes as you are able to attend. Classes will be held in the RRC Fab Lab from 6:00-9:00pm. Please use the east door on the north side of the building.
Cost of the class is $50.00/person plus the cost of materials. (bring your own wood or metal or purchase materials from the school).
