RRC Fitness Center to Close Public Access After August

The fitness center at the current Red Rock Central school building will no longer be accessible to the public after August 31, 2024, as the school prepares to move to a new facility this fall.

“We understand how important the fitness center has been to our community members,” a statement from Supt. Todd Lee read. “We greatly appreciate your understanding during this transition period. Settling into our new building will take some time. Looking ahead, we will reassess the possibility of reopening the new fitness center to the public after the 2024-25 school year, based on our resources and the needs of our educational programs.”

School officials are committed to keeping the community informed and will share updates as more information becomes available. In the meantime, community members are encouraged to explore other local fitness options to continue their wellness routines.

For any questions or additional information, the public is encouraged to reach out to school representatives. The community’s continued support and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time of change.
