Mr. Todd Lee
Thank you for visiting our website! My name is Todd Lee, and the 2023-2024 school year is my 5th year as a Red Rock Central Falcon! I have served in a variety of school systems, from teaching English as a Foreign Language in Prague, Czech Republic, and Busan, South Korea, to working in a charter school in Minneapolis, Director of a Charter School on the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe reservation, to a Principal/Superintendent in South Dakota before accepting the position of Superintendent at Red Rock Central. My wife, Su, and I can’t think of a better place to raise our twins than this area.
As the bond referendum passage of over 57% shows, our community supports the district and students, and I am as excited as everyone as we see the progress on our new building.
This year we are implementing a new strategic plan. Over the past year, we’ve worked with various stakeholder groups to review who we are as a District, set priorities, and plan for how we continually improve to meet our mission, “In partnership with families and communities, the mission of Red Rock Central Schools is for all students to achieve their highest potential through academic excellence and personal growth.” I’m excited to share this plan with our community, staff, and students and to fully implement this plan. Community members, board members and staff spent months working on this plan, which includes our mission, vision, core values, and strategic directions. It’s going to be a great year!
